I want you to know that the pods (AGPods) are the best thing I have ever seen to irrigate pasture. They cover ground that I was never ever to get wet with flood irrigation and they have cut my pumping cost by at least 50%.
Thank you again,
Robert T. Brunson
Don,
Just wanted to follow up on the Chopper . We ended up putting a fairly large tractor (Case 7220) in front of the chopper. I believe this was a good move as it provides tremendous stability and power. For a trailer we converted a used truck pup trailer by raising the sides, and using tractor hydraulic to raise and dump fresh alfalfa.
Don, I am very happy with performance and reliability of entire rig. We are chopping about 60,000 lbs. early in evening to be fed in morning. Because of ease of operations, I was able to train hired help on first evening, and he has operated unattended ever since!
We are feeding 3000 cows, 20 Lbs. with complete ease, simplicity, and reliability.
